Registration event
We are delighted to invite you to the start event of Brain Cognition and Behaviour – The Netherlands (BCB-NL).

BCB-NL is a platform that was founded together with many dutch research organizations in the field of brain, cognition and behavioral research: NWA route NeurolabNL, Nederlandse Vereniging voor Neuropsychologie (NVN), Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychonomie (NVP), Association for Researchers in Psychology and Health (ARPH), Nederlandse Vereniging voor Gedragsbiologie (NVG), Neurofederatie, Nederlandse vereniging voor Slaap – Waak Onderzoek (NSWO), Stress NL, Neurotech-NL, Cognition, Behavior and Evolution Network (CBEN) and Stichting Hersenstimulatie.
Together we aim to foster interdisciplinary research, knowledge exchange and collaboration to support science and society.
The BCB-NL start event will take place online on the 4th of November 2020 between 15:30-19h.
This will be a hybrid event with a talkshow format and exiting conversations with table guests.
The program includes:
- Presentations from the participating organisations and NWO
- Interactive sessions to discuss the future of the Brain-Cognition-Behavior field
- A keynote presentation by Prof. David Anderson from Caltech, titled: Neural control of fear, aggression and associated internal states.
